My Sweet and Spicy Chicken Bites is a very quick and easy chicken recipe, kind of an east-west fusion dish. Even though I used my homemade curry powder, the dish is only mildly spicy with a sweetish taste from the honey in it. Using a few ingredients, the recipe can be put together at a pinch to make a great chicken dish. My daughter is a picky eater who doesn’t like sweets ( I know…so unnatural!) but she loves this dish.
